Our classes are designed for all levels. Our knowledgeable teachers will offer options for every skill/experience level. It is always recommended to start with basics if you are new to yoga.

Skull Shine Studios

Skull Shine Hot 60

A 60 minute practice that concentrates on physical health and mental well-being using postures (asanas), breathing techniques(pranayama), and meditation techniques (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Be prepared to work hard, to sweat and to grow. The room is heated to 85-93 degrees.

Skull Shine Flow 60

Skull Shine Asana Lab

Skull Shine Asana Lab is a 60 minute class that takes you through 60% flow, 40% deep break down of asana. Come with questions, or simply see what unfolds. Be prepared to work hard, to sweat and to grow. The room is heated to between 80 – 85 degrees.

Skull Shine Basics

Skull Shine Basics is a 60 minute class that takes you through the essential components of the asana practice. Our highly skilled instructors break down the principles and alignment of yoga postures. We work hard at Skull Shine Studios, so although this class is not heated, come prepared to sweat. The studio temperature is set between 75 – 80 degrees.
