Our classes are designed for all levels. Our knowledgeable teachers will offer options for every skill/experience level. It is always recommended to start with basics if you are new to yoga.

Skull Shine Studios

Heated Vinyasa Flow

Heated Vinyasa Flow is a practice linking breath and movement. The studio is heated to 85 – 90 degrees. Skull Shine classes are held in a space where the light is dim and without mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward, ride the breath, and enjoy the journey. The class ends with a sweet savasana.
  • We highly encourage all new students to take our Skull Shine Basics class as a prerequisite

Yoga Basics

Yoga Basics is a 60 minute class that takes you through the essential components of the asana practice. The studio temperature is set between 75 – 80 degrees. Our highly skilled instructors break down the principles and alignment of yoga postures. We work hard at Skull Shine Studios, although this class is not heated, come prepared to sweat.

Yoga Basics Flow

Yoga Basics Flow is a 60 minute class that introduces essential components of yoga poses (asana) gradually, teaching you to align your body and move with fluidity. The studio temperature is set between 75 – 80 degrees. We work hard at Skull Shine Studios, although this class is not heated, come prepared to sweat.

Asana Lab

Asana Lab is a 75 minute class that takes you through 60% flow, 40% deep break down of asana, and a 100% kick ass practice. The studio is warm between 80 – 85 degrees. The class ends with a sweet savasana.

Pilates Stretch

Pilates Stretch a fun, flowing, dynamic class that incorporates yoga asana with mat Pilates.  This 50 minute mid day class will give you the energy to conquer the rest of your day!  All levels are welcome.

Yoga For Athletes

Yoga for Athletes is designed to help athletes develop mobility, balance, stability, and flexibility. This non heated yoga class is intended to provide a slow warm-up and proceed to moderate postures that will prime the body, especially the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders.

Yin

A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, stretching connective tissue around the joints and accessing deeper layers of fascia.
